Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Gender-affirming surgery plays a pivotal role in the gender transition of transgender and gender-diverse (TGD) patients.

Ample research exists on the various medical surgical interventions geared towards achieving satisfaction and improving the quality of life of TGD patients; however, novel techniques, concepts, and experience are required to further drive and improve the quality of care that we provide to our patients.

I invite you to partake in our Special Issue of the Journal of Clinical Medicine, “Advances in Gender-Affirming Surgery”. Please join us in an endeavor to achieve optimal care for patients opting for gender-affirming surgery, and enrich the medical literature with your research on the subject by submitting your work to this Special Issue.

Best regards.

Respectfully yours,

Dr. Yoram Wolf
Guest Editor
