Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

With the increasing frequency of global trade and the movement of people, the hazards caused by invasive alien organisms are increasing. Invasive alien organisms can not only lead to serious hazards related to ecological security, but also to agricultural security. Agricultural security plays a vital role in ensuring the sustainable development of mankind. However, some invasive alien organisms have invaded farmlands, plantations, pastures, and other agricultural environments, resulting in a great threat to the production and quality of agricultural products. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on this threat and improve the farmland environment's ability to cope with the invasion of alien invasive organisms.

[*] Aim and scope of the Special Issue:

In this Special Issue, we will discuss alien organisms that have already caused problems in agricultural production or are potential hazards to agricultural production. Topics may include, but are not limited to, invasion hazards and investigation, invasion models, invasion mechanisms, invasion prevention and control, invasion management, etc.
