Research on the Mechanism of Transfer Payment Policy on Resource Dependence of Resource-Depleted Cities

In this paper the effect of transfer payment policy in resource-depleted cities is evaluated and the mechanism of the impact of transfer payment policy on local resource dependence is illustrated. The problem is important in practice, especially for China cities. Authors showed that transfer payment policy significantly reduces the degree of resource dependence of resource-exhausted cities. They proposed recommended transfer payment policies for resource dependence of resource-depleted cities. The literature is up-to-date and relevant to the analyzed problem. Conclusions are clear presented. The data used in this study are all from 2006 to 2017. Is there no access to newer data?

There are many minor mistakes in the article, for example:

Literature references should be in brackets.

In line 600 Porvince => Province

In line 845 his => This

Tables title should be on the same page as tables content.

In the abstract the results should be presented more succinctly and the contributions should be included.

In the first paragraph of the Introduction you must insert the source from which you have taken the statistical information presented.

At the end of the Introduction the description of the content of the paper is not consistent with the titles of the sections.

The title of section 2 should be corrected as it does not correspond to the content.

Correct a repetition in lines 192 and 193. Correct line 295, 577...

The Discussion section should only be intended to compare (discuss) the results with the literature and should not include additional tests.

Introduce in the references the links to the documents.
