Excellent case report.  Complete clinical pictures and follow-up.  Good quality x-ray and CT scans to understand the case well.

 

Minor suggestions for wording:

 

in abstract the phrase with "restitutio ad integrum" is an unnecessary verbal flourish which is a bit distracting.  I suggest deleting this phrase.

 

Paper refers to the Chopard joint.  I have only encountered the spelling as Chopart joint.

rephrase the sentence starting with "we expose the case".  More correct English would be"  we describe a case" or "we outline a case" or similar wording. 

at the beginning of the case presentation you stat that the patient acceded to the emergency room.  This is a phrase not used in English.  I suggest changing to "the patient presented to the emergency room...".
