Minerals | Editor’s Choice Articles in 2022 in the Section “Mineral Processing and Extractive Metallurgy”

Minerals (ISSN: 2075-163X) has launched the Section “Mineral Processing and Extractive Metallurgy”. The Section aims at publishing high quality original research papers and critical reviews featuring the fundamental aspects and industrial applications in the field of processing and extractive metallurgy of primary and secondary resources. This includes, but is not limited to, physical (i.e. comminution; classification; sorting; gravity, magnetic and electric concentration; froth flotation, coagulation, flocculation, oil agglomeration) and chemical (i.e. hydro-, pyro-, bio-metallurgy; solvent extraction; electro-winning) separation methods as well as advanced analytical techniques, applied mineralogy, process design and modeling. Environmental aspects of mineral processing are also covered.
