World Arthritis Day (WAD) is a global awareness day held annually on 12 October. It aims to increase the knowledge of all audiences of the existence as well as impact of rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMDs). RMDs comprise over 200 diseases and syndromes, which are usually progressive and associated with pain.

To further explore the related research on World Arthritis Day 2023, the Journal of Clinical Medicine (JCM, ISSN: 2077-0383) has gathered open access academic research on rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases. We hope to share interesting and up-to-date scientific knowledge in this field.
