Mengmeng Ji received her B.S. degree in medicine in 2021 from Zhengzhou University, China. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in the Department of Ultrasound medicine, Union Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and is engaged in research related to cardiac ultrasound.

Li Zhang is a professor, associate chief physician, and doctoral supervisor of the Union Hospital, which is affiliated with Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She is now engaged in the ultrasonic diagnosis of congenital heart disease, valvular disease, cardiomyopathy, and other cardiovascular diseases.

Lang Gao received her B.S. degree in medicine in 2021 from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine, Union Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and is engaged in research related to cardiac ultrasound.

Yixia Lin is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine, Union Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and is engaged in research related to cardiac ultrasound.

Qing He  is currently pursuing a master's degree in the Department of Ultrasound medicine, Union Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and is engaged in research related to cardiac ultrasound.

Mingxing Xie is the chief physician, national second-class professor, and doctoral supervisor at the Union Hospital, which is affiliated with Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He specializes in fetal and pediatric congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, and other cardiovascular diseases of ultrasonic diagnosis. He has 450 publications with 3829 citations and an h-index of 29 (Scopus, 13 November 2023).

Yuman Li received a B.S. degree in clinical medicine from the University of Southeast College of Medicine in 1998 and a Ph.D. degree in medical imageology and nuclear medicine from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2011. She is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Ultrasound, Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Her research interests include pulmonary hypertension, right ventricular function assessment, speckle tracking echocardiography, and three-dimensional echocardiography.
