Prof. Bin Fan is a Doctoral Director at the Institute of Optics and Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He completed his PhD studies at the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2006. He has 210 publications with 1857 citations and an h-index of 20 (Scopus, 26 December 2023). He is also the Secretary General of the Advanced Manufacturing Committee of the Optical Society of China and a member of the Optical Society of China and SPIE. His research areas include advanced optical manufacturing technology and diffractive imaging technology.
