Maria Vladeanu is a Clinical Cardiologist and Research Assistant at the Department of Physiopathology, Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Iasi, Romania. She is also a professional member of the European Society of Cardiology and an active member of the Romanian Society of Cardiology, the European Society of Cardiovascular Imaging, the Council of Cardio-Oncology, and the Romanian Society of Physiopathology.
Nina Filip is an Associate Professor at the Department of Biochemistry, Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iași. Her scientific interests include the role of homocysteine in pathology, endothelial dysfunction mechanisms in cardiovascular diseases, oxidative stress, and the implications of biogenic amines in human pathology. She received her M.Sc. at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University and Ph.D. at Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy.

Manuela Ciocoiu is the Vice-Rector for Education and Head of the Pathophysiology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Iasi, Romania. She completed her Ph.D. in Medical Sciences and M.D. at the same university. She is also the Vice-President of the Romanian Society of Pathophysiology and a member of the National Society of Cell Biology, Society of Doctors and Naturalists from Iasi, and the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis. Her research interests include cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and nutritional diseases, oxidative stress, and antioxidant therapy.
