Prof. Fiorenzo Moscatelli is an Associate Professor of Wellbeing, Nutrition, and Sport at Pegaso Telematic University. He was a Post Doctoral Researcher at the University of Foggia and obtained a Ph.D. in Sports Science and Ergonomics at the University of Rome “Foro Italico”. He is a member of the European College of Sport Science. His research interests include Sports Science, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Strength, and Conditioning, etc.
Prof. Giovanni Messina is Full Professor of Physiology at the Department of Clinical and Experimental Medicine, at the University of Foggia. He specialized in Sports Medicine and Nutrition at the Second University of Neaples, graduated in Medicine at the Second University of Neaples, and obtained a PhD in Food and Health. His research interests include Sympathetic Nervous System, Energy Expenditure, Orexin, and eating behavior, etc.
Prof. Marcellino Monda is a Full Professor of
Physiology at the Department of Experimental Medicine (School of Medicine and
Surgery) of the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli”, Italy. He obtained a
Degree in Medicine and Surgery at the First Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of
the University of Naples. His research interests include nervous control
of body temperature, correlations between thermogenesis and feeding behavior, and cortical
and hypothalamic control of vegetative functions, etc.
Prof. Vincenzo Monda is an Associate Professor of Physiology at the University of Naples Parthenope and a Medical Dietitian of Benevento Calcio. He is also an expert in teaching "Human Physiology", at the Faculty of Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics of the University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli" since 2018. His research interests include Sport, Nutrition, Eating Behavior, and the Autonomic Nervous System, etc.
Prof. Anna Dipace is a professor of Human Science (DISCUM) at the Università degli Studi di Foggia, a Dean of the Faculty of Human Sciences, Education and Sport, Pegaso Telematic University, and a university teacher of the Department of Education and Human Sciences at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Her research interests include Psychiatry, Counseling Psychology, Health Psychology, and Clinical Psychology, etc.
Prof. Pierpaolo
Limone is a Full Professor of Media Education at the Department of Humanities,
the University of Foggia, Italy. Founder and director of the laboratory for
“Educational Research and Interaction Design” (ERID Lab) of the University of
Foggia, he coordinates a team of researchers and designers working on projects
and services related to digital learning environments. He is a founding member
of SIREM (Italian Society for Research on Media Education), for which he is
serving as vice president. His scientific work is primarily concerned with
applied research in the area of digital media and education.
Prof. Antonietta Messina is an Associate Professor of the Department of Experimental Medicine at the University of Campania. She graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 2008 from the Second University of Naples and obtained the qualification to practice the medical-surgical profession in the first session of 2009. In 2014 she obtained the certificate of "Post-doctoral Fellow" from the "School of Medicine of Yale University (USA)", and in the same year she specialized in Sports Medicine at the University of Naples “Frederick II”. In 2016, she was again at the University of Naples, a PhD in Biochemical and Biotechnological Sciences.
Dr. Rita Polito is
a researcher of Clinical and Experimental Medicine at the University of
Foggia. She obtained a PhD in Scienze Biomolecolari (DISTABIF) at the University
of Campania, Luigi Vanvitelli. Her research interests include obesity, caloric
restriction, Adipose tissue, adiponectin, central nervous system, orexin-a,
bariatric surgery, and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), etc.
