Dr. Sumanta Banerjee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Heritage Institute of Technology, Kolkata, India. Dr. Banerjee has a doctorate in engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. Dr. Banerjee's research interests include thermo-fluidics, fluid mechanics, computational fluid dynamics, and numerical simulation.
Prok C. Roy has been an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Jadapur University, since 2017. He received his Ph.D. from Jadavpur University in 2010. He holds a membership in the Indian Society of Heat and Mass Transfer. His research areas includes biomass gasification, power plant engineering, fluid flow and heat transfer, modeling and simulation of thermal systems, and pulse tube refrigeration.
Balaram Kundu is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Jadavpur University. He received a B.E. from Regional Engineering College Durgapur (Burdwan University) in 1993, gained an M.E. at Bengal Engineering College (Deemed University) in 1995, and earned a Ph.D. at IIT Kharagpur in 2000. His research areas includes biological heat transfer, non-fourier analysis, microchannel heat sinks, condensation in heat transfer, combined heat and mass transfer, solar collectors, thermal insulation, fin-and-tube heat exchangers, individual fins and fin arrays, heat transfer through a porous medium, analytical heat transfer, and optimization.
