Dr. John Normanton is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive of Gliagenesis Limited, UK. He has been the Managing Director at Oxandia Limited, which is a consulting company based in Oxford (UK), since 2006. He completed his Ph.D. studies in Pharmacology at the University of Leeds. He has been a member of the Institute of Directors since 1999.
Prof. Dr. Arthur Morgan Butt is a Professor of Cellular Neurophysiology at the University of Portsmouth. He received his Master’s degree in Oncology/Pathology from the University of London in 1983 and received a Ph.D. degree in Physiology from King’s College London in 1986. His main research interest is glial cell biology in health and disease, with particular expertise in astrocyte ATP-mediated calcium signaling and the regulation of oligodendrocyte differentiation.
