He has been Director of the Research Centre of Territory, Environment, and Construction since 2019 and Director of the Doctoral Program in Waste Management and Treatment since 2020. His main area of scientific activity is sustainable construction materials, as he believes that construction materials should increasingly adhere to the principles of sustainable construction. To develop sustainable construction materials, there is a need for research on all parts of their lifecycle.
