Dr. Weidong Wang received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from Xidian University in 2000, 2003 and 2007, respectively. He is a full Professor at the School of Mechano-Electronic Engineering, Xidian University. He is also the Director of the Research Center of Micro-Nano Systems and Deputy Director of the CityU-Xidian Joint Lab of Micro/nano-Manufacturing. Additionally, he holds senior membership in other professional societies, including IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), CSMNT (Chinese Society of Micro-Nano Technology), CMES (Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society), etc. He is mainly engaged in research on micro/nano electromechanical systems (MEMS/NEMS), flexible sensing, and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies.
