Dr. Chengliang Fan is a lecturer/master's tutor at Guangzhou University. He is also the deputy secretary-general of the Municipal Branch of the Guangzhou Exploration and Design Association. He has visited the University of Colorado and worked in the Sustainable Architecture and Society Laboratory in the United States. The main research directions are construction technology science and green and low-carbon buildings. He presided over three projects for the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation and the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education Youth Innovation Project of General Colleges and Universities, participated in three National Natural Science Foundation projects, and published more than ten papers at home and abroad. He is the reviewer of Applied Energy, Energy, and Buildings, Building and Environment, Energy Conversion and Management, and the Journal of Building Engineering. Dr. Chengliang Fan won the Bronze Award at the 2022 International Construction Mechanical and Electrical Artificial Intelligence Challenge Competition organized by the Hong Kong Electrical and Mechanical Department and the Guangdong Science and Technology Association.
Prof. Dr. Jianjun Li is a Professor at Central South University, Changsha, Hunan, China. He received his Ph.D. from The University of Hong Kong in 2013. He then worked at Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, Shaanxi, China, until 2017. In 2015–2017, he attended the Max-Planck Institute for Iron Research as an Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellow with Prof. Dierk Raabe as his Host. He leads the institute of Mechanics of Micro/Nanostructured Materials, which includes one Professor, three Associate Professors, and 10+ Masters and Ph.D. students. Prof. Dr. Jianjun Li explores the mechanical behavior of micro-/nanostructured materials by employing experiments, modeling, and simulations. Prof. Dr. Jianjun Li has published 35+ SCI peer-reviewed journal articles, which have 400+ SCI citations. Most of the articles are published in prestigious journals, such as Int. J. Plasticity (5), Acta Mater (2), Scri Mater (6), IJSS (2), MSEA (6), and Appl Phys Lett (1). Prof. Dr. Jianjun Li serves as a reviewer for many international journals and research proposals for the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
