Christian A. Rojas completed his engineering degree in Electronic Engineering from the Universidad de Concepción (2009) and his Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering from the Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María (2013). Dr. Rojas is currently an associate professor with the Electronic Engineering Department at UTFSM. His research interests include model predictive control of power converters and drives, renewable energy conversion systems, electric transportation systems, multilevel DC--DC converters, and Microelectronics. Dr. Rojas is also an Associate Editor of the IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Industrial Electronics and IET Power Electronics.
