André Cardoso holds dual MSc degrees: one in the sciences and technology of the environment from the University of Porto and another in human engineering from the University of Minho. André is currently a researcher at the ALGORITMI Centre of the University of Minho, where his primary research focus lies in integrating ergonomic principles into collaborative robotics systems. André is pursuing a PhD in industrial engineering and systems with research interests extending across a range of disciplines, including biomechanics, applied ergonomics, cognitive ergonomics, and occupational safety and hygiene.
