Yanwei Wang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering at the School of Engineering and Digital Sciences, Nazarbayev University. He also serves as the Head of the Computational Materials Science Lab at the Center for Energy and Advanced Materials Science, National Laboratory Astana (NLA). He received his Ph.D. and M.S. from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and holds a B.S. from Zhejiang University. He is a senior member of RILEM, a member of the IUPAC Subcommittee on Structure and Properties of Commercial Polymers, and the Society of Rheology. His research interests include Computational Materials Science and Engineering, Molecular Simulations, Polymer Physics, and Chemical Engineering Transport Phenomena.
