Prof. Changming Li is a professor and dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Suzhou University of Science and Technology. He received his master's degree in physical chemistry from Wuhan University in 1983 and his doctorate in physical chemistry from Wuhan University in 1987. He was an associate professor at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2003 and was promoted to professor in 2008. He was elected a fellow of the American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineering in 2010. From January 2012 to December 2016, he served as a professor, director of the Department of Materials and Energy, and dean of the Institute of Clean Energy and Advanced Materials at Southwest University. He has worked at Suzhou University of Science and Technology since January 2017. Prof. Changming Li has long been committed to research on functional nanomaterials, efficient energy conversion mechanisms and applications, and advanced biosensors and biochips.
