Dr. María de la Cruz del Río-Rama received her Ph.D. in Management and Business from the University of Vigo. She is currently an assistant professor and researcher at the Department of Business Organization and Marketing at the University of Vigo. She was also an invited professor in several master programs in the area of quality management. Publications and collaborations on research projects linked to business and tourism are numerous in her career. Her main research topics are as follows: quality management systems, tourist quality, thermalism, health and wellness, wine tourism, entrepreneurship, and higher education.
