Tesfay Gidey Hailu received a B.Sc. degree from Addis Ababa University in 2006, a M.Sc. from Mekelle University in Tigray in 2013, a M.Sc. degree from the HILCOE School of Computer Science and Technology in 2018, Addis Ababa, and a Ph.D. from the School of Information and Communication Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 2023. He is currently a senior lecturer at Addis Ababa Science and Technology University. His research interests include indoor localization, signal processing, machine learning, deep learning, data mining, informatics, and statistical modeling.
Xiansheng Guo (S’07–M’11–SM’19) received a
B.Eng. from Anhui Normal University,
Wuhu, China, in 2002, a M.Eng. from the
Southwest University of Science and Technology,
Mianyang, China, in 2005, and a Ph.D.
from the University of Electronic Science and
Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in
2008.
From 2008 to 2009, he was a research associate
in the Department of Electrical and Electronic
Engineering, University of Hong Kong. From 2012
to 2014, he was a research fellow in the Department of Electronic
Engineering, Tsinghua University. From 2016 to 2017, he was a research
scholar in the Advanced Networking Laboratory, Department of Electrical
and Computer Engineering, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark,
NJ, USA. He is currently a professor in the Department of Electronic
Engineering, UESTC. His research interests include array signal processing,
wireless localization, machine learning, information fusion, and software radio
design.
Haonan
Si (graduate student member, IEEE) received a B.Eng. degree from the North
University of China, Taiyuan, China, in 2021. He is currently pursuing a
Ph.D. from the Department of Information and Communication Engineering,
University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. His research
interests include indoor localization, machine learning, multiagent systems,
and nonlinear tracking control.
Lin Li (graduate student member, IEEE) received a B.Eng. degree from the University of
Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 2016. He
received a Ph.D. from the School of
Information and Communication Engineering, UESTC, Chengdu, China, in 2022. His research interests include indoor
localization, machine learning, and transfer learning.
Yukun Zhang (graduate student member, IEEE)
received a B.Eng. degree from the School of Electronics and Information
Engineering, Hangzhou Dianzi University, Hangzhou, China, in 2018. She received
a Ph.D. from the School of Information and Communication Engineering,
University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu,
China, in 2023. Her research interests include transfer learning, machine
learning, target recognition, and sensorless sensing.
