Dr. Luz Maria Gonzalez Robledo holds a PhD in Public Health Science from the National Institute of Public Health and a Master's degree in Health Management from the University of Havillana and the Catholic University of Manizales in Colombia. She completed an academic stay in International Health at the Harvard School of Public Health. Currently, she is a full-time research professor at the School of Medicine at the Autonomous University of Morelos. She is also a researcher at the Health System Research Center of the National Institute of Public Health in Mexico. Her research interests include Society, culture and inequality, Inequity, Diversity, and Violence in multiple social spheres, Social Protection in Health and Human Resources in Health, and the study of chronic non-communicable diseases from a social sciences and health administration and management approach.
