Ruifeng Xu received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from
the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is an Assistant Dean, Professor, and Doctoral
Supervisor at the School of Computer Science and Technology, Harbin University
of Technology (Shenzhen). He is the Chairman of the Asian Language Resources
Committee of AFNLP, Director of the Youth
Work Committee of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, and
Secretary-General of the China Computer Federation Natural Language Processing
Committee.
