Dr. Gatot Yudoko received a Ph.D. from the School of
Planning, University of Waterloo in 2000. He received an M.S. in Transportation
from the Institute Teknologi Bandung and an M.S. in Management Science from the
University of Waterloo in 1990 and 1993, respectively. He is currently an
Associate Professor at the School of Business Management, Institut Teknologi
Bandung, Bandung, Indonesia. His research interests include green logistics
(reverse logistics), operations strategies and sustainability, supply chain management,
and technology and industrial policy. He also supervises students and conducts
research in areas such as sustainable operations strategies, green
logistics/supply chains, and technology and industrial policy in developing
countries.
Dr. Liane Okdinawati is an Associate Professor at the School
of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM-ITB), and has joined
the sub-interest groups of Operation and Performance Management. She graduated
with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Nasional,
Indonesia, and a Master's degree in Transportation from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
Liane holds a Ph.D. with Distinction (Cum Laude) in Science Management from the
School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung. She has earned five
international certifications: Affiliate—Chartered Institute of Logistics and
Transport (CILT), Certified Strategic Warehousing and Distribution Professional
(CWDP), Certified International Supply Chain Professional (CISCP), SCM510
(Inventory Management & Physical Inventory) SAP ERP System, and IATA
Dangerous Goods Regulations—Initial Type A. Her research interests include
transportation, logistics, and supply chain management.
