Prof. Gang Feng is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He has worked at this university since 2006 and has served successively as a teaching assistant, lecturer and associate professor. He received his PhD from the Chinese University of Hong Kong from 1995 to 1998. After obtaining his Ph.D. degree, he entered the Department of Electronic Engineering, City University of Hong Kong for Postdoctoral research from 1998 to 1999. He has won the fourth prize of the National Natural Science Award, the first prize of the Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, and the second and third prizes of the Ministry of Electronic Industry. His research interests include communication network technology and wireless and mobile communication.
Prof. Yuehang Xu is an Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He also serves as the secretary of the Department of Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He studied for a Ph.D. degree at the University of Electronic Science and Technology, majoring in Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology from 2007 to 2010. After obtaining his Ph.D. degree, he continued learning for Postdoctoral research. From 2009 to 2010, he went to Columbia University, USA, as a visiting scholar. His current research interests include microwave/millimeter wave devices and circuits, the modeling of novel microwave semiconductor devices and RF nanoelectronic devices. In recent years, he has led more than 10 scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the “Twelfth Five Year Plan” National Science and Technology Major Special Project. He has also published over 30 SCI-indexed academic papers in journals such as Applied Physics Letters, IEEE Trans. Magnetics and Electronic Letters.
