Liwen Tan received his bachelor's degree from Qingdao
University of Science and Technology in 2007 and his doctorate from Qingdao
University in 2019. From 2020 to 2022, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher
at the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Shandong University, and
in November 2022, he joined the National Key Laboratory of Qingdao University. He
is an Associate Professor. His research interests mainly focus on design of
high-performance biopolysaccharide fiber-based battery separator, controllable preparation
and energy storage mechanism research of high-safety and high-energy density
electrode materials, and flame-retardant polymer materials.
