Author Biographies

Wang Jinpeng was born in Wulanhaote, XINGAN, CHINA in 1979. and is a teacher at the School of Information Science & Engineering, Dalian Polytechnic University. He completed his PhD studies in Communication and information systems at the Dalian Maritime University and has been awarded Dalian Study Abroad Innovative Talents. He recently led the five Projects. He has published more than 70 papers in various journals and serves as a Reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), as well as for Research Projects. His teaching disciplines include Communication and electronic information, and his interests include circuits, wireless communication, and signal processing.
Wei Haojie was born in Xinxiang, Henan Province, CHINA in 2001. and is a Postgraduate student at the School of Information Science & Engineering, Dalian Polytechnic University. He completed his B.S. studies in Communication and Information Systems at Zhengzhou University. He recently led the zero Projects. He has published two papers in various journals, as well as for Research Projects. His interests include Wireless communication.
Dou Shunyao, She received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering from the University of DPU, CHINA, in 2001, she completed her B.S. studies in Communication and Information Systems at DPU and now is a Postgraduate student at the School of Information Science & Engineering, Dalian Polytechnic University, Dalian, Liaoning, China.
JEREMMY-GILLBANKS was born in Perth, Western Australia, Australia in 1977. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electronic engineering from the University of Western Australia, Australia, in 2016 and is a PhD student in the School of Electronic, Electrical and Computer Engineering, The University of Western Australia M350, Australia. He has authored and co-authored several research articles indexed in either Scopus or Web of Science.
ZHAO XIN was born in Jinzhou, LIAONING, CHINA in 1968. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from JILIN University, Changchun, in 1996 and now is a professor at Dalian Polytechnic University, Dalian, Liaoning, China. He recently led the zero Projects. He has published two papers in various journals, as well as for Research Projects. His interests include Wireless communication.
