Dr. Hongfang Jin is a professor and doctoral supervisor, a young top talent in the 10,000-person plan of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, a national outstanding young scholar, a young Yangtze River scholar, a new century outstanding talent of the Ministry of Education, and a Beijing science and technology rising star. She received her Bachelor’s degree in pediatrics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2000, her Master’s degree in pediatrics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2003, and her doctorate in pediatrics from Peking University in 2006. She is currently the deputy leader of the Cardiology Group of the Pediatric Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the deputy leader of the Children's Cardiology Group of the Cardiovascular Physician Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the leader of the Cardiology Group of the Pediatric Critical Care Physician Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and the leader of the Cardiology Group of the Pediatric Physician Branch of the World Medical Association. She is also an editorial board member of the Chinese Journal of Practical Pediatrics, the International Journal of Pediatrics, and the Chinese Journal of Practical Pediatrics.
Prof. Ying Liao is an associate chief physician at the Department of Pediatrics, Peking University First Hospital. She graduated from the Department of Pediatrics of Peking University Health Science Center in 2009 (eight-year program) and has been working at the Peking University First Hospital since graduation. She has been committed to the diagnosis, treatment and research of pediatric syncope and pediatric functional cardiovascular diseases (such as vasovagal syncope and postural tachycardia syndrome) since her postgraduate studies. She is currently the secretary of the Pediatric Committee of the Chinese Association of Women Physicians, the secretary of the Functional Cardiovascular Disease Collaboration Group of the Cardiovascular Group of the Pediatric Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the secretary of the Children's Syncope Committee of the Pediatric Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a young member of the Infection Group of the Pediatric Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a young editorial board member of the Journal of Chinese General Practice, and a member of the Children’s ECG Expert Committee of the Chinese ECG League.
