Mingu Kang received his Master's Degree in civil and environmental engineering from Seoul National University in 2024, specializing in smart city engineering. He is currently working as a researcher at the institute of construction and environmental engineering at Seoul National University, where he is conducting an ODA project to train urban experts in Mongolia. His research interests include blue-green infrastructure, sustainable mobility, and active mobility. He has conducted in-depth studies on active mobility, green networks, and waterfront revitalization.
