Xinhua Yuan received a Masters and Ph.D. from the China University of Mining and Technology in 1999 and 2001, respectively. From 2004 to 2011, he was an associate professor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Jiangsu University. From 2008 to 2009, he was a visiting scholar at the University of Sheffield, UK. Since 2011, he is a professor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Jiangsu University. He is also the deputy secretary general of the China Advanced Materials Society. His Research Keywords include polymer matrix composites, smart polymers, and adsorption resins.
