Bruna Maria Saorin Puton holds a bachelor's degree (2017), master's degree (2019), and PhD (2022) in Food Engineering from the Regional Integrated University of Alto Uruguai and Missões (URI Erechim). She currently serves as CEO of MDR Agro, an innovative startup focused on using agro-industrial waste and developing sustainable solutions. In addition, she is a technology and innovation fellow at FAPERGS, where she leads advanced projects in catalysis and enzyme immobilization, as well as in the investigation of biological activities of plant extracts and essential oils.
