Dr. Huiyuan Hou holds an M.D. and a Ph.D. with specialization in Ophthalmology from the Fourth Military Medical University. She served as a Retina Specialist and Lecturer at Xijing Hospital (The First Affiliated Hospital of FMMU) from 2010 to 2016 and as an Assistant Project Scientist at the UC San Diego Shiley Eye Institute from 2016 to 2020. Currently, she is a Senior Clinical Scientist at Topcon Healthcare Inc.
