Ray-I Chang is a full professor of the Department of Engineering Science and Ocean Engineering, National Taiwan University. Dr. Chang has published about 300 research papers, including papers published in many reputable conferences and journals including NIPS, ICNLP, FUZZ-IEEE, ICNN, INFOCOM, IEEE/ACM TASLP, IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TMM, IEEE TBROADCAST, IEEE Access, Elsevier EAAI, Elsevier ESWA, and Elsevier COMPUT HUM BEHAV. He has served in the Editorial Committee of journals including IJIPM, JCIIE, MIS, and IJAMC. He has also served as the guest editor of journal special issues including Sensors, Symmetry, IJAMC, and Applied Sciences. His current research interests include machine learning, multimedia networking, and data mining. Dr. Chang is a member of IEEE, CERP, TFTA, and IICM.
