Dr. Ximin Li received his Ph.D. degree in electronic science and technology from Air Force Engineering University, Xi'an, China, in 2011. He is currently an Associate Professor with the National Key Laboratory of Radar Signal Processing, Xidian University. His research interests include target electromagnetic scattering modeling, frequency-diverse arrays, element-pulse coding array radars, and ECCM. He is also a member of the IEEE.
Prof. Dr. Shengqi Zhu currently works as a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the National Key Laboratory of Radar Signal Processing, Xidian University, China. In 2005, he obtained a bachelor's degree in electronic and information engineering. In 2010, he obtained a doctorate in information and communication engineering from Xidian University and stayed at the university to work in the same year. In 2012, he was promoted to Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor. In 2014, he served as a key researcher at the 2011 Information Perception Collaborative Innovation Center. In 2015, he was selected as a Doctoral Supervisor. In 2016, he was promoted to Professor. Since 2017, he has served as the Vice President of the Research Institute of Xidian University and the Deputy Director of the National International Cooperation Base of Integrated Electronic Information Systems of the Ministry of Science and Technology. His main research directions are as follows: 1. Multi-dimensional signal processing of waveform diversity array radar. 2. New methods and new systems for radar anti-interference. 3. Radar imaging and moving target detection for space-based platforms. 4. High-precision parameter estimation of radar targets. 5. Theory and methods of radar intelligent countermeasures.
