Prof. Dr. Jinwu Wang is a Second-Level Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the College of Engineering, Northeast Agricultural University, China. He is also a director of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering, an executive director of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery, an executive director and deputy secretary-general of the Provincial Agricultural Machinery Society, a director of the Provincial Agricultural Engineering Society, and a member of the Rice Committee of the Chinese Society of Crop Science. He obtained a Master's degree and a Ph.D. in Agricultural Mechanization Engineering at Northeast Agricultural University. He also completed a Postdoctoral fellowship at Zhejiang University in Rice Full Mechanization. He was a Visiting Scholar at Ibaraki University and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research directions are 1) intelligent paddy field agricultural equipment and technology and 2) black soil farmland quality protection and fertilizer efficiency improvement mechanization technology.
Prof. Dr. Han Tang currently works as a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the College of Engineering, Northeast Agricultural University, China. He is the Expert of Heilongjiang Province Agricultural Machinery Industry Innovation System, Deputy Director of the Scientific Research Base of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Secretary of the Mechanization Research Office of the National and Provincial Rice Industry Technology System, and Harbin Science and Technology Innovation Talent. He obtained a Bachelor's in Agricultural Mechanization and Automation, a Ph.D. in Agricultural Mechanization Engineering, and a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Crop Science at Northeast Agricultural University. His research directions are 1) basic theory and key technologies of high-efficiency precision seeding and combined harvesting and 2) mechanized technology for black soil farmland quality protection and fertilizer efficiency improvement.
