Dr. Justyna Berniak-Woźny holds a PhD in Social
Sciences from Leeds Metropolitan University (now Leeds Beckett University) and
an MBA from Oxford Brookes University. She is a researcher and lecturer at SWPS
University. Her expertise lies in ESG, corporate social responsibility (CSR),
and sustainable development from a process and project management perspective.
She is the author of numerous national and international scientific
publications and educational and training materials in these fields. Dr. Berniak-Woźny
is a certified business trainer, an accredited tutor, and an experienced
Project Manager (PMP, Agile PM Practitioner) with extensive experience managing
projects supporting green and digital transformation. Her research and teaching
also focus on future competencies, including AI literacy, fostering the
development of skills necessary to navigate the evolving landscape of
sustainable business and technology-driven innovation.
