Abdulridha Naser is the Assistant Head of the Department of Combat
Desertification. PhD (2021): University of Nebraska-Lincoln, NE, Agronomy
and Horticulture Dep. Master's (2012): From the Colorado State University, Fort
Collins, CO, Soil and Crop Sciences Dep. Bachelor's (2000): University of
Baghdad, Iraq, Soil and Water Sciences Dep. Assistant Head of the Department of
Soil Science and Water Resources. My current position is a Lecturer and
Assistant Head of the Department of Combating Desertification. My previous
position was a Lecturer and Assistant Head of the Department of Soil Science
and Water Resources. I am a member of the American Society of Agronomy (ASA),
the Soil Science Society of America (SSSA), the Crop Science Society of America
(CSSA), the International Society of Precision Agriculture (ISPA), and the
Iraqi Agricultural Engineers Syndicate (IAES). I have received many letters of thanks and
appreciation from the President of Al-Muthanna University and from the Dean of
the College of Agriculture, Al-Muthanna University in 2024, 2023, 2022. I received
letters of appreciation from the Minister of Higher Education in
Iraq, in 2024, 2023, 2022, and 2013; award in Precision Agriculture, 11th
Comprehensive International Conference on Precision Agriculture, 2012; Hunter
Follett Graduate Student Award, April 2012; Department of Soil Science and
Presidency, Colorado State University; and Graduate Study Travel Award, Great
Plains Soil Fertility Conference.
