Dr. Yanfeng Liu is a Visiting Professor at the
Graduate School of Management of Technology, Pukyong National University. His
research interests span across consumer behavior, ocean economy, supply chain management,
logistics management, and OFDI. He has published over 40 journal articles,
including the International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction, Journal of
Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Travel & Tourism Marketing,
Humanities and Social Sciences Communications, and Economic Change and
Restructuring.
Lanhui Cai received her Doctorate degree from the Department of International Logistics at Chung-Ang University in South Korea. With a keen interest in logistics technology management, she focuses her research on last-mile delivery and consumer behavior within the context of omnichannel logistics. Lanhui’s research has been published in a range of journals spanning the transport, logistics, business, and social sciences fields, showcasing her multidisciplinary expertise.
Dr. Wang Xueqin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of International Logistics, Chung-Ang University, South Korea. She received her Bachelor of Science degree and Doctor of Philosophy degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Her research interests are in consumers’ participatory behaviors in innovative retail and logistics services. Her research works can be found in the Journal of Business Research, Computers in Human Behavior, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, and Transportation Research Parts A, D, E, and F.
Xueli Tan is a PhD candidate at the Graduate School of Management of Technology, Pukyong National University, Republic of Korea. Her research interests encompass green logistics, sustainable development, supply chain management, and consumer behavior. Her current research focuses on the behavioral patterns and psychological characteristics of crowdsourced delivery workers in the context of the gig economy, exploring the relationship between platform-based work environments and individual responses.
