Ke Xiong is a Professor and Vice Dean of the School of Computer and Information Technology at Beijing Jiaotong University. He is also a Deputy Director of the Institute of Advanced Computing Technology of the National Engineering Research Center for Mobile Private Networks, is the Director of the Institute of Information and Communication Networks (ICNs), was selected into the Class I Talent Program of the Beijing Jiaotong University Young Talent Program, and was named a famous teacher at Beijing Jiaotong University. In 2004 and 2010, he obtained a bachelor's degree and a doctorate in computer science and technology and signal and information processing from Beijing Jiaotong University, respectively. From 2010 to 2013, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University. From 2015 to 2016, he was a visiting scholar at the University of Maryland. He was selected as one of the most cited scholars in China in 2023 by Elsevier and as a top 2% scientist in the world in 2022 by Stanford University and was selected as a CNKI highly cited scholar. He has won the second prize in natural sciences from the China Institute of Communications and the second prize in science and technology from the China Railway Society. He is a senior member of the China Electronics Institute (CIE) and a senior member of the China Artificial Intelligence Association (CAAI).
