Prof. Dr. Zhijun Xu received a B.Sc. degree in Science from Henan Normal University in 2009 and a Ph.D. degree in Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2012. Since 2012, he has worked at the School of Civil Engineering, Henan University of Technology. He has been a professor and a masters' supervisor at Henan University of Technology. His research interests mainly focus on soil–structure interactions and reliability in geotechnical engineering.
