Haiyong Zhang is a Professor at the School of Mathematics and Finance, Chuzhou University, Chuzhou, China. He earned his Ph.D. at the China University of Mining and Technology. In the research field of spatial econometrics and housing economics, he not only focuses on different model specifications and their corresponding estimators, but also critically discusses the purposes for which these models can be used and how their results should be interpreted. Special attention is paid to the interpretation of spatial spillover effects.
Jie Chen is a Professor in the Department of Public Economics and Social Policy at the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and the China Institute for Urban Governance (CIUG) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He worked at the School of Public Economics and Administration at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SHUFE), the School of Management at Fudan University, and the Institute of Housing and Urban Research (IBF) at Uppsala University before joining SJTU. His research area is urban and housing-related studies.
