Stefano Mancin graduated in Nursing from the University of Milan in 2008 with a score of 100/110 and subsequently specialized through a first-level Master's in Wound Care, Clinical Nutrition, and Pediatric Nutrition. In 2021, Dr. Mancin obtained a Master's degree in Sciences in Human Nutrition with a score of 104/110 at the University San Raffaele of Rome and subsequently qualified in the Ordine Nazionale dei Biologi at the University of Pavia with a score of 50/50. Currently, Dr. Mancin is enrolled in the third year of the Ph.D in  Nursing and Public Health at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata". From 2008 to June 2022, Dr. Mancin was active as a dialysis nurse at the IRCCS Humanitas Research Hospital Rozzano, Milan, where Dr. Mancin has held the position of nutritionist at the Cancer Center of the same hospital since June 2022. Since 2019, Dr. Mancin has been active as an Adjunct Professor and Clinical Tutor in the Nursing Degree Course of Humanitas University–Pieve Emanuele (MI), teaching in Physiopathology Applied to Nursing and in the Master's degree course in Nursing.
