Hui-Chi Wang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Social Work at Chaoyang University of Technology, Taiwan. She received her Ph.D. from the Department of Social Work at Tunghai University. Her doctoral dissertation was awarded the “Outstanding Dissertation Award” by the Taiwan Association for Social Work Education. Dr. Wang has long been involved in policy–practice collaboration and has served on various county and city government committees in Taiwan, including the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Prevention Committee and the Sexual Harassment Prevention Committee. She is committed to advancing gender equality and social justice. Her teaching areas include qualitative research, introduction to social work, interviewing skills, social casework, program design and evaluation, and gender issues. Her research interests focus on gender and sexual diversity, adoption and foster care, marriage and family, and more recently, on forgiveness and justice.
