Dominyka Švedaitė is a Microbiologist-chemist currently working at Vilniaus Vandenys. She holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Bioengineering from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Prior to her current role, she worked as a Quality Control Microbiologist at Northway Biotech, where she gained valuable experience in microbial analysis and biotechnological processes. Her academic background and professional experience reflect a strong foundation in bioengineering and applied microbiology.
Anastasija Kriučkova graduated from VilniusTech, where she specialized in bioengineering. This provided her with a comprehensive education in natural sciences—chemistry, biology, biochemistry, molecular and cell biology—as well as in the basic principles of engineering in this field. During her studies, she gained a solid foundation in bioprocess engineering, including fermentation technology, bioreactor design and optimization, and the basics of bioinformatics and protein purification. Anastasija currently works as a chemist at Vilnius Waters, where she supervises analyses of ammonium, nitrate and total nitrogen concentrations in water samples. Her academic background in bioengineering allows her to interpret and understand the microbiological and biochemical processes occurring in wastewater treatment systems, something which is vital in ensuring high water quality standards.
