Author Biographies

Ji-Hwan Jung earned, from Dong-A University, a B.S. in Physical Education and, from the Catholic University of Busan, a B.S. in Physical Therapy. He received an M.S. in Sports Medicine from Busan University of Foreign Studies and completed Ph.D. coursework in the same field at the same university. He is now an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Sports Rehabilitation at Busan University of Foreign Studies and serves as the Director of the Physical Therapy Center at a sports rehabilitation hospital. His work in sports rehabilitation and biomechanics has resulted in numerous presentations, lectures, and educational courses; professional memberships, including those in the Korean Society of Exercise Biomechanics and the Korean Functional Rehabilitation Exercise Association, where he serves as Secretary General; and recognition through awards and honors. His research interests include joint stability training, functional training, and injury prevention strategies.
Il-Bong Park earned his academic degrees in the field of sports rehabilitation and currently serves as a Professor in the Department of Sports Rehabilitation at Busan University of Foreign Studies. He also holds leadership positions within the university as the Director of the Lifelong Education Center and the Head of the Graduate Program. His professional experience includes serving as a Strength Coach for the NC Dinos professional baseball team. He is currently the President of the Korean Functional Rehabilitation Exercise Association and a Board Member of the Korean Society of Exercise Biomechanics. His research interests focus on rehabilitation exercise using Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and sports training strategies incorporating instability tools.
