Kyosuke Nomoto is an Assistant Professor at at the National Institute of Technology, Kisarazu College, Kisarazu, Chiba. He received a Ph.D. from the Department of Aerospace Engineering, Tohoku University, Miyagi, Japan in 2025. His research interest focus on computational fluid dynamics and data science and the development of aerospace vehicles.

Shigeru Obayashi is a Professor at the Institute of Fluid Science, Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan. He received a Ph.D. from the Department of Aerospace Engineering, University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan in 1987. He worked as a Visiting Scientist at NASA Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, CA, USA from 1987 to 1994. He joined the Faculty of Engineering at Tohoku University as an Associate Professor in 1994. He was a Member of the Science Council of Japan from 2020 to 2026. His research interests include computational fluid dynamics, multidisciplinary design optimization, and data assimilation and their real-world applications.
