Author Biographies

Shuai Yang received his bachelor's degree in Microelectronics from Xidian University in 2012 and earned his Ph.D. in microelectronics and solid-state electronics in 2018. He currently serves as a lecturer at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Shijiazhuang Tiedao University. His research focuses on silicon carbide MOSFETs, the development and embedded implementation of intelligent sensor systems, and the intelligent operation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of rail transportation equipment.
Guoliang Gao received his bachelor's degree from Huanghuai University in 2023 and is expected to complete his master's studies at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Shijiazhuang Tiedao University, in 2026. His research interests include silicon carbide MOSFETs, the development of intelligent sensor systems, and their embedded implementation.

Guanglei Zhang received his bachelor's degree from Yanshan University in 2000 and his Ph.D. from Beijing University of Technology in 2005. From 2012 to 2013, he was a visiting scholar at the University of Texas at Dallas. He is currently a professor at the National Engineering Research Center for Colloidal Materials, Shandong University. His research interests encompass advanced ceramic materials, aerogels, artificial intelligence, materials design, and computational methods. His findings have been published in journals including Nano Energy, Gels, and the Journal of Non-Crystalline Solids.
