Jarosław, Tadeusz Michalak is employed as a professor at the Military University of Technology, Warsaw, Poland. He specializes mainly in wireless communications, carrying out research and development work as well as teaching for the country's defense. For 12 years he headed the Radiocommunication Department at the Institute of Communication Systems. He performs reviews and organizational work as a member of the program and scientific committee of scientific conferences and papers. In 2020-2024, he worked in the Telecommunications Section of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
