Faisal bin Nasser Sarbaland is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Graduate School of Advanced Science and Engineering Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nuclear Engineering from Tokai University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering at Waseda University. His research focuses on microfluidics, thermohydraulics, and advanced temperature control techniques for material synthesis. He also has a background in nuclear security, nonproliferation, and risk assessment. Faisal has professional experience in both academic and applied research environments, contributing to international collaborations and technical development projects.
