Pilar Aparicio-Chueca is associate Professor in Business Organization at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Barcelona, where she also serves as Academic Coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Sports Business Management. She has extensive teaching experience, with four recognized teaching periods, and was distinguished in 2018 as the best-evaluated professor of her faculty. Her main research areas include the economics of education, health economics, sport management, and educational innovation. She has authored over 45 academic articles, a third of them in indexed international journals, and holds two accredited research periods. She is a member of the Business Research Group (2021SGR00361) and has participated in numerous European, national, and regional projects. She has also held several academic management positions.
